I'm a chicken nugget addict and a former strength coach turned email marketer who is slightly over obsessed with Dr.Pepper soda...

I created this website as a way to express my passion for health and fitness.

I don't coach people anymore but I enjoy sharing resources and making an impact on people's lives through health and fitness.

To be honest with you... I like my job as an email marketer but I don't get that sense of purpose like I did when I was a coach.

So this website is my way of figuring out how I can make more meaningful impacts to society.

I feel extra jolly knowing that I can fall asleep at night when I know I've impacted one person's life.

And don't worry, you can stuff your credit cards back into your wallets, I won't be selling you any products or services.

And if I recommend a product or service, it's because I've actually used it myself.

From the bottom of my chicken nugget heart, I pinky promise that I won't be a sleazy fitness person trying to sell you a magic red, green, blue (jesus, how many flipping coloured pills and powders are influencers promoting these days) pills and powders.

I'll be sharing a ton of free resources, my own fitness journey, and any thing else that I see valuable.

I'll mostly be focusing on minimum effective dose strength and conditioning training for everyday people and busy professionals.

So if you're someone that can only working 20 minutes a day and don't want to make improving your health and fitness a second job... Then I'm you're girl.
